Splitter & Merger is a tool which its function is to split big files into smaller and easy to handle ones. It has many features that makes it a very strong tool, taking care in the easiness of use.
It was developed completely using the Windows API and taking Visual C++ 6.0 as development environment.
Opposite to many other similar tools Splitter & Merger doesn't require external files like DLL's, OCX's, etc. so isn't necessary to be installed, you only need to run an executable of 31Kb.
